Lady Gaga was 17 when she got her first tattoo. She was below the legal age of 18 to get a tattoo in her home state of New York so she used a fake ID. But if you think getting tattoos underage is a good idea, Gaga might have a different opinion. The tattoo was a treble clef on her lower back--a "tramp stamp", you might call it. As she grew older she came to hate it and she got a huge tattoo of roses on her hip and lower back in order to disguise it. But the treble clef is still there if you look closely.
