If you include Alaska (which is part of the United States) The United States of America and Canada. You would think "What about Russia?" Russia also borders all three because Kaliningrad is on the baltic sea, which is part of the Atlantic Ocean and is home to the then Soviet and now Baltic fleet. So the Answer is Three.
