How much hp in Honda nsr 150 sp?

My friend's NSR 150 SP 2001, all factory standard with healthy condition dyno tested 27,5Hp on wheel. However aged 10yrs. NSR 150 SP with tuned cylinder (port&polish), few racing equipments upgrade, 35mm Keihin carbs and racing exhaust known tested at 35Hp on wheel before.
