No, not at all. They don't even notice. I've been told I'm a great kisser by almost every person I kissed. Maybe its because of my tongue, I don't know. But nobody has ever noticed. Also, I don't stick out my tongue and show it to people I'm dating either, so they would never know. It is not contagious so who cares. No need share.
