Pokemon vs Dragon Ball Z

Note: There will be fanboy/girl arguments over this but here is the facts.

Pokemon surpassed Dragon Ball Z in terms of popularity in the early 2000's however, Dragon Ball Z has remained popular steadfast for over 20 years where as Pokemon has fallen off as a "fad."

In terms of what characters are stronger can not be compared because they are fictional and in separate series.

DBZ is pretty much accepted as the de facto manga version of "Superman" and a classic. Fun fact, the creator of Naruto, Kishimoto, was inspired by DBZ and that is why Naruto has a orange suit and gold hair, in honor of Goku.
