Lack of Electrical Power in a Circuit

What you describe suggests that the problem has something to do with what is called an "open circuit condition." IF the problem is not an open fuse, then it is probably one or more of the following:

  • A connector in that circuit has become "unplugged" / disconnected.
  • The contacts within a connector have become corroded so that current can't flow.
  • The contacts within a connector have become "loose" and don't make adequate contact.
  • A conductor [wire] in that circuit has been cut or broken.

There are probably a few more causes that I can't think of right now.
