Will custom 5 lug 18 in 225-91w wheels and tires from a 2003 Honda Accord fit on a 2002 Chevy Cavalier?

I have never heard of 5 lug Honda wheels. So im going to say no because hondas have 4 lugs not 5 like a cavalier. If they are 5 lug wheels the bolt pattern its possible they could fit but hard to say because whos ever accord they were on must have changed to a 5 lug conversion so it depends on the conversion they used
