Who was Joe Gibbs' replacement in 1992?

Joe Gibbs retired as head coach of the Washington Redskins after the 1992 season. He was replaced by his defensive coordinator Richie Petitbon. Petitbon lasted one season and was replaced for the 1994 season by Norv Turner.
