Not unless the floor is completely covered in that person's blood and you just happen to have a cut on your leg as well. AIDS is a disease that is transferred from having unprotected sex, unprotected sexual contact or by sharing needles with each other. So hence, if you did not do any of these and you just took a shower in the same tub as the other person and there was no blood in the tub (visible) and you did not have any form of a cut on your legs or any other part in contact with the tub floor, then you should be fine. If you seem like you are 'exhibiting' symptoms of any form of STD like AIDS, go get checked. Many times its free, many times its cheap, but its helpful every time.
