Is Einstein American

Einstein was born, raised, and educated in Germany. He renounced his German citizenship at age 22 and lived as a citizen of Switzerland, even when he was a professor in Berlin. In 1933 he moved to the USA on a permanent basis, and applied for American citizenship two years later.
