Who is the head of state of the Philippines?

Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III, a member of the Liberal Party, is the current Philippine president. He took office in June of 2010, and his term will expire in June of 2016. Under the terms of the Philippine Constitution, he will not be eligible for reelection at any time after his term expires.
