To change the radiator in a 1994 Mazda 323, first ensure the engine is cool, then disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator, and disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as the transmission cooler lines if applicable.
