How do you color hair with saffron spice?

First you add the spice in a reasonable sized bowl, then add water about half of what there is of the saffron. then mix till its quite thick, then you must either have a brush or u can do this with your hands, but it is preferred to use a brush. Slowly paint your hair where you want it dyed/colored, and leave it in for 15-20 minutes.
