Which twilight book says that Rosalie saved Emmett from a bear?

The third book, Eclipse. Rosalie is telling Bella about how they all became vampires when Bella is over at the Cullen's house. She comes into Edward's room to talk to Bella about her decision to become a vampire after graduation. This is when Edward is off hunting for the weekend and Alice has "kidnapped" Bella so she doesn't run away to La Push to hang out with Jacob and the other Quilete werewolves.
