Why is the beach better than the mountains?

everyone says that the beach is burning hot but, it's not. If you are close to the coast you just have good weather not really hot weather. Also the beach is more refreshing if you are going on a vacation. Mountains, yah pretty but beaches you can see more wild life and you can collect shells.
