There is also the more famous "Little Hercules". His real name is Richard Sandrak. He is a Ukrainian boy about age 16 now. He was exercising the day he was born, along with the unknown shake he drank 3 times a day(no one knows what was in it except the child's father) and never eating a single thing most kids would eat, he developed a extremely fit body. out of all those I would say Dos Uberboy is the strongest child in the world seeing as he had a genetic ability that made him stronger and the ratio is incredible, but I'm sure as he got older the ratio went down.
