Does menards roof deliver shingles

If delivered by what's called a "Semi forklift truck" shingles can be delivered in most cases up onto the roof of a one story home. Adequete room to drive around and a minimum of two people to unload and place them is required. There is an additional charge to deliver shingles to the rooftop of .75/bdl. All other roofing materials can be placed on the rooftop as well if the customer is willing to pay $5.00/Pallet to place them. How do I know this? Well I own such a truck and deliver for Menards.
