How do you delete facebook friends from Skype?

Here is Mac OS X version (Skype 2.8):

• Go to your contacts list
• Find your contact you want to delete
• Open context menu on this contact (right mouse click on it)
• Select "Remove from Contacts" in menu

Or you shouldn't talk to them

The same thing probably goes for Windows and Linux versions as well.
