When does a surveillance or sting operation become harassment and or stalking?

ALL sting operations are harassment and stalking, they just get away with it because they have badges and they do not fear being arrested by their buddy's in law enforcement!

The public knows very little about sting operations and that's by design by your government and your news media, they do not want the public to know HOW and WHAT police do in sting operations.

Sting operations are NOT about JUST surveillence they are about ganging up on their target, surrounding their target, and staging crimes near their target for video surveilence cameras in order to frame the target and make their target appear to be a bad guy on video BY the sting operatives actions.

There is a huge problem with out of control sting operations because police are free to recruit civilians INTO sting operations and are permitted to lie and to decieve, and that extends into our courts as well, which is WHY police do not go to prison for lying under oath.
