How many people claimed to be God?

Thousands of people have at some point claimed to be a god of some sort. Chief among them are the Egyptian pharoahs, a select few of the Roman emperors, a Mr. Jesus of Nazareth, several kings in Western history and several other noteworthies throughout recent history.
