How do I replace a belt on a Chicago Electric Rotary tumbler?

check the instructions- D'OH! the two pulleys are open ended, the new belt should feed onto them with a little coaxing. maybe use a bent wire to help feed the belt. I did a quick fix with a postal rubber band and it may work for awhile. replacement belts are easy to locate on ebay.
