You would make any previous experience you had relevant to this job, for example:
- Remaining calm under difficult circumstances
- Dealing with difficult customers
- Going that extra mile to exceed customers' expectations
- ability to multi-task
- remaining calm under frustrating situations - i.e. late passengers, late flights caused by air traffic control so you will not get home until late etc
- working as part of a small team - you therefore play a larger role within a smaller team
- working in confined spaces
All of those above you must be able to provide EVIDENCE of when you demonstrated them before
