What is a Land leech?

A land leech is a leech that can walk on land using its two suckers, attahing to the ground then flopping the other end towards its destination, then using that end to do it over again. (I am unsure if they swim in water, for i am using my knowledge of the leech at the moment so feel free to change this answer as you will) Note of advice: When treading in the jungles of Africa and other distant countrys, check your ancles for this notorious fiend.
