What is a good topic sentence for legalizing marijuana?

The legalization of marijuana would stimulate the economy, create jobs, stop overcrowding of jails, AND MAKE ME HAPPY. or something like that

A topic sentence is supposed to make some statement which is then explained or examples are given in the rest of the paragraph. The answer above is obviously written by some pothead who doesn't know about writing essays.
