Is there a Silmarillion movie coming out?

No film is currently planned as the Tolkien Estate have sold the film rights.

However, just last week the fan film Wings Over Arda: The First Age was released which chronicles the stories of Tuor and Dior. Availability is currently unknown and the film is not official endorsed.
