Will the fa-18 still be in service with the f-35?

When fielding any new equipment, it will take some time to replace the former generation. Another thing to look at is the number of aircraft needed for the Navy to perform its mission. This being said, the latest version of the F/A 18 Super Hornet will be in service long after the F 35 is delivered.
