How do find a peacock in Animal Crossing City Folk?

i dont think there is a pecock i have been playing this game for 2 years and i have

2 bell trees and a secret garden but i have never heard of a pecock on the

game...ps a can type a lot neater then this and spell the Words correctly but i

am in a hurry.
