There are cases that are available quite inexpensively. I bought a holster for my HTC Evo 4G smart phone (one of the biggest ones!) for two cents from Amazon.com. It's actually a pretty decent case!
More realistically, about 10-15 dollars for a good one.
Never buy a cellphone case or accessory from your phone carrier; try Amazon, or cartronics, or one of a dozen other vendors of cell phone gadgets.
