Can my points be dismissed from my AZ DL if I go to traffic school in CA for a ticket I got in CA even if I attended traffic school 2 months ago for a ticket I got in AZ?

Probably not. There is usually a two-year waiting period before you can take traffic school again, and your driving history was transfered from CA to AZ.

This is a loophole of our legal system: you cannot attend traffic school more than once in a two-year period UNLESS you APPEAR BEFORE A JUDGE and verbally REQUEST traffic school. They will most likely grant it. I've gotten about five traffic tickets in the last 4 years, and the points come right off my record.

However the communication between the courthouse and the DMV isn't so good. I tried to switch my car insurance and found a ticket that had been cleared months earlier was still on my DMV record. You have to stand up for yourself and work with these people to do what it takes until you are in the clear.
