What is a biographical statement?

My major is this class Administration of justice. No I do not have a associates degree or higher this is my first year of college. Taking this course to improve my education in law enforcement and because I plan on joining law enforcement in my future. Yes this is my first year taking a administration of justice and my dedication to this class will not be questioned since I am very dedicated to earning what I want with hard work and dedication. I plan dedicating about 2 hours of time to make sure I understand everything that needs to be done.
