What is township management?

Township management would be the municipal body responsible for managing the affairs of the township. There may be an elected body, such as a board of supervisors, and appointed or hired staff, such as a manager, clerk, personnel director, etc. Depending on the locality, the specific titles and duties may differ, but overall any township has to fulfill a similar set of responsibilities.
