Who kill father balweg?

Father William "Loius" Heller, a hired hitman, killed Father Conrado Balweg, who was a Filipino activist and priest known for his advocacy on behalf of indigenous people in the Philippines. Heller shot and killed Father Balweg in Mt. Data, Philippines on January 31, 1999.
