How many times does ralts evolve?

Ralts evolves twice. It first evolves into Kirlia at level 20, and then Kirlia can evolve into either Gardevoir or Gallade. Gardevoir is obtained when Kirlia is not male, while Gallade is obtained by using a Dawn Stone on a male Kirlia.
