How do you cut boys hair?

Buy some clippers and scissors, often sold a a kit.

These clippers have plastic pieces which fit on the end of the clippers.

Start with biggest (longest) one and starting at the top, run the clippers down the back and sides( don't hit his ears. with the clippers.) If the hair does not seem short enough,

change to a smaller plastic piece and repeat.

Use your scissors and cut out the hair around the ears. Brush the top down towards his face and use the scissors to cut as needed.

Take the plastics things off and even off the back and shave his neck.

It helps a lot if you have a clear idea of what you want the final result to be.

It might be worthwhile to go to a barber once and watch carefully what he or she does.

Remember that you can always cut more off, but you can not put it back on.
