Can blond people have brown eyes?

it is very unlikely that 2 people with dark hair will have a baby that has blonde hair throughout it's life. if any of the grandparents had blonde hair then there is a chance, as someone that is close to the baby genetically will have to have blonde hair to pass on the gene.
