If the remaining ovary is healthy and properly attached to the fallopian tube, then there is the same chance of conceiving as if you had two ovaries. The exceptions to this are if there are other causes or if the ovary or tube has scarring from whatever affected the other ovary originally. This scarring can be treated. Regular periods are the best way to tell if you are ovulating. Having tried so long, you would be best advised to seek medical help.
