What helps whiten teeth?

Take a lemon and a little bit of baking soda. Take the lemon cut it in half, squeeze some lemon juice into the baking soda. Take a cotton swab, apply the lemon juice and baking soda on your teeth and in about 10 minutes your teeth should be white.
