How do you change oil on a zx7r 1996?

Take off the side fairings.

on the bottom side of the engine there is a 17mm bolt, unscrew it counter clockwise (looking from the ground up). Catch the oil in a flat pan, (make sure there is enough to hold up to 4 liters. Wait for it to drain fully, in front of the engine on the left side is the oil filter, replace it with a new one. Put the bolt back in on the bottom. Fill oil as per normal with approx 3.5L of the oil of your choice. (consult manual)
