How can you program a PRO-33 Realistic Scanner that has no instruction manual available?

I used The google and learned there was a PRO-32 and a PRO-34 but no PRO-33. Either way, if you go to The google and search for Radio Shack Scanner Manuals you can find the one for your radio.
