What is the Lakeside touch mp4 player like?

Mine worked great at first. Then I left it sitting on a shelf for a while and it is now frozen on the start up screen. I can't get it to reset and I can't find anyone who can help fix the problem. If you get one be prepared to have it be a real problem if it breaks.
