What season do snails reproduce?

They dont have a piticular season however they breed when they are at least 1 year old. Also they dont need to mate because they are hermaphrodite which means that they can reprouduce without mating. They male and the female can both reprouduce. They then lay their eggs underground in wet soil (if its not wet they dont hatch) and they can lay more than 100 eggs! I have currently got a snail i called him a him cause i just did his names "Fergus" XD LOL
