Just like a horse, our bodies are designed to feel full after eating a certain physical mas of food. If you feed a horse as much grain as they want they will become obese. The same with us, if you feed yourself artificially caloric ally dense food you will overconsume. Instead, eat vegitables and whole grains. Move more throughout the day. Studies show fidgeters burn more calories than those that dont. Take more steps a day. Try to clock in 10,000 steps every day and you will burn a lot more calories. Remember, the most important aspect is what you eat. Eat smart!
