I would suggest hydrogen peroxide. Spray it on with a trigger sprayer and brush the stain, then rinse with hose or absorb with cleaning towels. Mold can leave a permanent stain, but the peroxide serves as an anti-bacterial agent that should kill the mold, preventing the spread of it.
