How do you play the board game Horse-opoly?

Essentially, the rules for Horse-opoly are the same as those for standard Monopoly. The only thing that has really changed is that the "properties" have been replaced by horse breeds. The layout of the board is pretty much identical.

Houses are bales of straw. Hotels are red barns. The tokens have changed to a boot, horse fly, bag of oats, saddle, horse shoe, and horse trailer.

Community Chest is Horse Sense, and Chance is Horse Play. Giddyup is Go, Stud Fee is Income Tax, Jail is Happy Trails/Trailer, Free Parking is Pasture, and Go To Jail is Go To the Trailer.
