What is the function of fruit seeds?

Seeds are how most plant life propogates which means to create a new crop of more of the same, plantlets etc.

the seed has the next flower ready to go ahead and start the next plant life cycle.so it has to protect the plant by food and actually the seed has a coat,to protect the food and plant.

incase there in any bacteria proctect it by when you wash threw the soap water on the plant
