Is the stuff that comes out of a car's exhaust pipe harmful to the environment?

u mean carbon monoxide, yes it is harmful

unless its one of those new hydrogen cars, that gives out watervapor instead.

but carbon monxide is definitely harmful to the environment and deadly as well if taken into the lungs in the right proportions
