When I'm angry, I tend to internalize my feelings rather than express them outwardly. This often leads me to reflect on the situation quietly, trying to process my emotions alone. While this can help me avoid conflict in the moment, it sometimes results in lingering frustration if I don't find a healthy way to express or resolve my feelings later on. Ultimately, I prefer to handle my anger privately to maintain peace with those around me.
