the strait that separates Taiwan from the Philippines is the Taiwan strait. if you want to check this answer to make sure its true, go to google then type in map of the world. then hit search. next, scroll down till you see 4 small pictures of the world map. click on the 2nd one. then it will bring the map up. hit the X in the upper right hand corner. then scroll down. click on the first bar that says November. then when it brings up the map a little black bar will come up and it will have a plus sign on it. when you hit it, it will allow you to zoom in on the map. from then on, find Taiwan and see if I'm right.
