They look like this

The first line is the street and number. Street in Portuguese is "Rua" and we abbreviate to R.

Large streets are called "Avenidas"(avenues) and we abbreviate to Av.

After this we put the the district or neighborhood. Brazilian cities are divided in "bairros" ou "vilas". In this example I put "centro" that means downtown.

Later we put the city and state. This is simple.

The last thing is the post code that is always 8 numbers generally starting with a 9.

That is it.
