What qualifications are required to become a pediatric endocrinologist?

After graduating from medical school you have to study pediactrics in residence for three years. Then you have to study endocrinology 3 more years. That means 10 years education after a person gets a bachelors degree, or a total of 14 years after graduating from high school.
